APARTMENT
Emerald Apartment
	49 € /night *
We offer our brand new 85 m² apartment to groups of maximum 8-9 people. The apartement has 3 rooms, and larger and two smaller ones, a kitchen, a shower and a toilet. *THIS PRICE IS ONLY VALID IF YOU STAY AT LEAST 2 NIGHTS IN FEBRUARY. The price shown is per day.

Room 1


This room is enough for 2 persons. The room has one double bed inside.

Room 2



This room has two levels, with a maximum capacity of 3-4 people. There are two seperate beds down, and a double bed up.

Room 3


This huge room has two seperate beds and a sofa bed. Altogether 4 guests can sleep in this room.

Kitchen

	In the kitchen we have a large dining table with 6 chairs, providing enough space for the guests to sit together. The kitchen also has an owen, microwave, fridge, toaster, and all the neccessarry glasses, plates and bowls, if the guests would like to cook anything. We also provide coffee and tea.

Bathroom


Toilet and shower are separated in the apartement. We provide towels to our guests.

What we offer in the apartement: Free wifi access Towels Ready made beds Well equipped guest kitchen Free tea and coffee Cooking facilities BUT we DO NOT have 24 hours reception in the apartement. As it belongs to the Hostel, guests can come over (80 metres) to the Hostel building in case of any issue. Check in and check out is also in the Hostel.	Check in/check out: Check in is after 2.00 p.m every day. Check out can be flexible (if no other group comes the day you leave), but cannot be very late in the afternoon/night. Price and Discounts: We only sell the Apartement as a whole. Which means that guests canot book the rooms individually, only the whole Apartement. The price of the Apartment is the same no matter if you are alone or 9 guests. Payment: Payment is due before the first night. We might require a deposit if you book for a longer period.
